When Brad Guzan finished the season at Aston Villa without a new deal in place, everyone assumed his days were numbered at the Midlands club.
The longtime backup goalkeeper is ready to move on, it seems, to find a place where he can be the No. 1; At Villa Park, he was understudy first to Brad Friedel and then to Shay Given.
