San Jose striker Alan Gordon: “We have been fortunate … but we’re earning that”


There were so many talking points careening around Buck Shaw Stadium in San Jose last night.

Scratch that, there was a whirlwind of talking points throughout MLS on an unusually packed mid-week night.

Alan Gordon is having a whopper season. Eight goals is easily a career high; his best previous season was five in 2008. Furthermore, his goals have been important ones, most being game-winners or dramatic equalizers.
