Arguably one of the biggest games of the season so far has arrived at the Emirates, as first placed Arsenal take on Liverpool who sit in second spot.
Both teams have surprised many with their splendid starts to the current campaign, and will hope to show the rest of the Premier League how serious their title credentials are during this monster clash.
Arsenal have hit a bit of a bumpy patch in the last week as they lost to Borussia Dortmund in the Champions League last Tuesday before losing to Chelsea in the League Cup this week, and a nervous victory a struggling Crystal Palace was sandwiched between.
The Gunners see Jack Wilshere miss out through injury, but the rest of their side remains unchanged as Wenger aims to take down Brendan Rodgers.
As for Liverpool, Luis Suarez (who Arsenal chased all summer) and Daniel Sturridge are both in red-hot form and scored all the goals as the Reds won 4-1 against West Brom last-time out. They both start but Glen Johnson misses out through injury, while Philippe Coutinho returns to the bench.
Both managers have gone with predictable starting XI’s for the massive encounter to decide which side is the real deal this season, and who has work to do.
