Tonight at 10:00 p.m ET, Real Salt Lake will enjoy home-field advantage when they clash against the Colorado Rapids at Rio Tinto Stadium in Sandy, Utah, the televised game available on NBCSN. A live stream is also available at NBC Sports Live Extra.
Salt Lake sits in third place in the Western Conference, essentially locked up in a playoff spot unless catastrophe strikes, while the Rapids stand in the seventh position, six points away from the Vancouver Whitecaps in the fifth and final playoff space.

Real tried to notch a two-game winning streak last week, but top-ranked Seattle Sounders nailed the game-winner in stoppage to spoil the Royals’ chances. The Rapids ended their club-record losing run a week ago, with a 2-2 draw to the Portland Timbers. However, their winless stretch has increased to eight games.
Colorado forward Deshorn Brown is ranked No. 4 in the league for shots on goal (40) behind Sporting Kansas City breakout star Dom Dwyer, while Real midfielder Javier Morales has the fourth-greatest assist tally (11) in MLS, next to Thierry Henry’s sum of 12.
