Fresh off their first win of the season – an impressive demolition of QPR – Manchester United will have a tougher test.
Newly-promoted Leicester City has been steady on defense and surprising on the attack, and King Power Stadium will be rocking when the Red Devils come to town at 8:30am ET live on CNBC or live online at NBC Sports Live Extra.
Radamel Falcao will make his full debut for the visitors as Louis van Gaal looks to build on their first win of the season last week.
Manchester United has been getting healthier and healthier after their start filled with injuries. Luke Shaw is fully fit and could finally make his debut after much hype as he makes the bench, and Chris Smalling is also back to action from his groin injury and is also on the substitutes in the bench.
Louis van Gaal hasn’t changed much from that first victory, including keeping the four-defender system he switched to against QPR. Daley Blind also remains in the holding midfield role, where he distributed brilliantly at Old Trafford last weekend.
One change, though, sees Juan Mata fall to the bench in favor of Falcao as van Gaal opts to go for an extra attacker.
For Leicester City, the Foxes have played spoiler for a number of clubs recently, proving a stumbling block for Arsenal and Everton of late. Hero of their 1-0 win last week against Stoke, Leo Ulloa, remains up front for the Foxes.
