VIDEOS: Wenger vents frustration, Pochettino will take the point


After carrying the play and holding 77 percent possession in the second half of Arsenal’s 1-1 draw with visiting Tottenham Hotspur on Saturday, Gunners manager Arsene Wenger (above) was visibly upset with obtaining a mere point.

“We had a lot of the ball and to finish 1-1, I’m frustrated because we put the effort in,” Wenger said. “We had great spirit and great determination.”

In truth, Arsenal didn’t win largely because Spurs goalkeeper Hugo Lloris was outstanding. And when asked whether the result was fair, Tottenham boss Mauricio Pochettino didn’t exactly agree with it. He did say he’s happy with the point.
