New England midfielder Lee Nguyen made another bid for the MVP award with a thrilling equalizer on Saturday.

Montreal’s Marco Di Vaio scored two great goals via clinical finishes¬†to give the home fans another nice parting gift, but Kelyn Rowe and Nguyen made sure New England escaped Quebec with a playoff berth in tow after a 2-2 draw at Stade Saputo.

Check out this goal from the Revs would-be MLS MVP to tie the score at 2. If Graham Zusi’s playoff-clinching strike set the stage on Friday, Nguyen brought the house down.
