Bundesliga wrap: Bayern battles back to top Dortmund; Draxler injured and out until 2015

Regardless of the almost-daily rumors that Borussia Dortmund wizard Marco Reus could be headed to Bayern Munich at the end of the season, he isn’t there yet.

That’s something Bayern fans were keenly aware of following Reus’ 31st minute goal, one that put the struggling BVB side up 1-0 at Allianz Arena against the reigning champions.

But in a bit of unfortunate poetic justice — for Dortmund fans — Robert Lewandowski scored for dominant Bayern to tie things up in 72nd minute. Lewandowski left Dortmund for Bayern after last season.

And then Franck Ribery hit the deck in the box in the 85th minute, with Neven Subotic given a yellow card and Arjen Robben slotting home the penalty. The Bavarians had overcome the visitors lead and restored order.

The 2-1 loss sinks Borussia Dortmund into the relegation playoff slot.
