Premier League Sunday preview: Reds and Red Devils. Enough said.

The Premier League schedules stepped their game up for this Sunday’s tilts, with a legendary rivalry headlining the second day of the PL weekend.

Also on the docket is a matchup between Garry Monk’s exciting Swans and a Tottenham side run by increasingly-under fire first-year man Mauricio Pochettino.

It should be a great few hours of soccer on NBCSN come Sunday morning, and here are some details to get you fired up.

Manchester United vs. Liverpool – Live on NBCSN and Live Extra, 8:30 a.m ET

A rivalry unlike many others, the Red Devils and Reds have tangled in matches nearly too numerous to detail. But there’s something more heading into this one, as Manchester United continues its unlikely chase of No. 2 Manchester City and Liverpool battles to avoid further disappointment in a surprising mid-table season.

Will Steven Gerrard and company find an extra bit of magic in their hats to steal three points at Old Trafford? Or is Louis van Gaal’s wizardry closer to completion that many prognosticators imagined back in August? Better yet: Is it 830 yet?

Swansea City vs. Tottenham Hotspur– Live on NBCSN and Live Extra, 11 a.m ET

Swans can leapfrog Newcastle and find themselves a point back of Arsenal for 6th if they can manage all three points in this home matchup. That’s not out of the question against a Spurs side that hasn’t quite figured itself out yet. Wilfried Bony will look to add to the White Hart Lane club’s misery. Christian Eriksen will hope to match him tit for tat.
