The Los Angeles Galaxy may still be celebrating their MLS Cup title, but the rest of the league is already looking forward to the 2015 season.
Major League Soccer released the schedule for the opening weekend of play, which kicks off on Friday, March 6th.

The reigning champion Galaxy begin their title defense at home against the Chicago Fire in front of what will surely be a lively crowd at the StubHub Center.
The league’s two newest clubs face off at the Citrus Bowl as Orlando City SC hosts New York City FC in both sides first game in the MLS. With Kaka, Brek Shea and David Villa all set to star, this is a must see match. But one question remains: will Frank Lampard be in Florida?

New York City FC will play their first match at Yankee Stadium against the New England Revolution on March 15th.
The San Jose Earthquakes host the Chicago Fire on March 22nd, the first match played at their new home, Avaya Stadium.

Toronto FC won’t play at home until May 10th as their stadium is currently undergoing renovations. When all is complete, BMO Stadium will be the largest soccer-specific stadium in the MLS.
