After Manchester United drew 1-1 with Stoke City on New Year’s Day, Red Devils boss Louis van Gaal admitted his side did not deserve to beat the Potters.

Stoke went ahead inside two minutes through Ryan Shawcross but Radamel Falcao equalized with a predatory finish in the first half to grab a United a point.
In the second half United were pinned back by Stoke as Peter Crouch hit the post with a header and the Potters had a clear penalty kick turned down by Michael Oliver.
