The Daily Express says that French international Paul Pogba, 21, is being targeted by Chelsea for a summer move to Stamford Bridge. Pogba has burst onto the scene over the past few seasons after leaving Manchester United in 2012 to head to Juventus, as he shone as the best Young Player at the World Cup last summer. This particular report claims that Chelsea will try and sweeten the deal for Pogba by offering cash plus players, with Ramires, Andre Schurrle and John Obi Mikel likely to be offered. Would that be enough to twist Juve’s arm into selling their prized possession? The reigning Italian champs will likely want in excess of $75 million for their midfield star. Can Chelsea afford that?

Paulista, 24, is said to have a $22 million release clause in his contract but getting a work permit to play in England could prove rather difficult. Both Arsenal and United are desperately short of options in central defense as they battle it out for a top four finish. So, who wants Paulista more?

The Daily Mirror reports that La Liga side Valencia are keen on signing Milner in January for a small fee or waiting until the summer.
