The Seattle Sounders are second favorites at 9/2, while the New England Revolution, runners up in 2014, are 8/1 to go one step better in 2015.
After yet another offseason of big spending, Toronto FC are priced at 15/1 and joining them on that price is Jason Kreis’s new expansion side New York City FC.
