The 2015 Major League Soccer preseason is officially over. Whether or not the regular season will start on time is legitimate concern, but a conversation better suited for another post.

San Jose Earthquakes 3-2 LA Galaxy — The soft-opening of Avaya Stadium, the Earthquakes’ stunning $70-million stadium, saw black-and-blue defeat white-and-gold, thanks to goals scored by J.J. Koval and Adam Jahn. Omar Gonzalez pitched in with an own goal to make three for the hosts.
Jose Villarreal and reigning MLS MVP Robbie Keane were the scorers of Galaxy goals.
New York Red Bulls 1-3 Philadelphia Union — Andrew Wenger put the Union ahead after just two minutes, Fernando Aristeguieta tallied just after the half-hour mark and Wenger scored his second before the Red Bulls hit back through Bradley Wright-Phillips with 10 minutes to play. | BWP GOAL
Colorado Rapids 1-2 Real Salt Lake — Olmes Garcia put RSL ahead inside the first 10 minutes before Dillon Serna poked home a rebound in the 28th minute. Javier Morales placed a fantastic free into the upper-90 in the 51st minute to give RSL the victory and see the Claret and Cobalt crowned champions of the Desert Diamond Cup.

Orlando City SC 0-3 Houston Dynamo — Oscar Boniek Garcia set up Will Bruin for the first goal of the game, then drew a penalty kick minutes later, which Brad Davis converted. Argentine newcomer Leonel Miranda put the cherry on top just before halftime and a scoreless second half.
Vancouver Whitecaps 1-1 Chicago Fire — Pa-Modou Kah scored from a corner kick to give the Whitecaps a first-half lead, trialist Shahdon Winchester equalized with the last kick of the game. | HIGHLIGHTS
Sporting Kansas City 1-1 Seattle Sounders — Sporting KC goalscorer: Connor Hallisey. Sounders goalscorer: Obafemi Martins.
New York City FC 3-0 Charleston Battery — NYCFC looked good once again and Mix Diskerud scored this beauty.
Sporting Kansas City 1-0 Minnesota United FC — Bernardo Anor scored the game’s only goal as Sporting KC opted to play a pair of games with split-squads on Saturday. Having already played the Sounders in preseason, Peter Vermes opted to use his largely first-team group in the game against the NASL side. | HIGHLIGHTS
Toronto FC 2-1 Costa Rica U-23s — Jozy Altidore scored his first goal for TFC, with a little help from Michael Bradley and Sebastian Giovinco, which ultimately proved to be the winner. | GIOVINCO GOAL
Columbus Crew SC 4-1 Oklahoma City Energy — Crew goalscorers: Kristinn Steindorsson, Ethan Finlay, Federico Higuain and Kei Kamara.
New England Revolution 3-0 FC Tucson — Revolution goalscorers: Teal Bunbury, Kelyn Rowe and Sean Okoli.
FC Dallas 1-2 San Antonio Scorpions — FCD goalscorer: Santiago Agudelo.
Portland Timbers 1-0 Stabaek (Norway) — Timbers goalscorer: Fanendo Adi.
