The Premier League Team of the Week for Matchweek 27 starts in Wales, where Swansea City keeper Lukasz Fabianski gets the nod after making a host of big saves to keep a clean sheet in a 1-0 over Burnley.
Daryl Janmaat also helped keep a clean sheet for Newcastle, adding an assist as well in the Magpies 1-0 win against Aston Villa, while Alberto Moreno helped hold Manchester City to just one shot on target in Liverpool’s triumph.

Jason Puncheon put in a brilliant display for Crystal Palace over the weekend, assisting on all three goals in a man of the match performance. Jordan Henderson joins his Liverpool teammate Moreno in the lineup, as the interim-skipper opened the scoring with an absolutely stunning strike.
The front-line is led by Premier League Player of the Week Wayne Rooney. The Manchester United captain scored twice against Sunderland, ending an eight-match goalless drought. Joining him are the likes of Papiss Cisse and Peter Crouch, who both seem to have a knack for scoring clutch goals for their clubs.
