Liverpool is feeling very good after yet another Premier League win.
Eleven-straight Premier League matches without a loss will do that for you, and it’s not just manager Brendan Rodgers singing his club’s praises after Wednesday’s 2-0 win over visiting Burnley.

Jordan Henderson scored and set up a goal from Daniel Sturridge in the big W, which comes just days after a win over Manchester City.
And all parties are sounding quite confident, almost in the cavalier “of course we won” tone we heard so much last season.
“It’s all about the levels of our performances – we are focused, we are playing the game at our level and we’re entering a stage of the season which we can enjoy. We just have to maintain this momentum.”
“It is another massive three points from us and keeps the momentum going. I thought that Daniel Sturridge’s movement and holding up of the the ball was excellent. We are getting back to what we were doing well last season with high-tempo pressing high up and pitch and then playing in between the lines.”
And then there’s Sturridge, who sounds a little sick of being eased back into the Liverpool fold.
“I feel good since I’ve come back, ready to play every game,” he said. “I don’t want to be eased in but I suppose with everything they want to ease me in. But I want to play every game.”
The Reds are champing at the bit to get on the pitch, and in form at the right time. Looking at the table, how high can they climb by season’s end?
