Michel Vorm is a surprise fourth-minute substitute at White Hart Lane after an early injury to Spurs captain Hugo Lloris.
The French goalkeeper was stretchered off the field after sustaining an apparent knee injury in the second minute of play.

The Foxes’ Jamie Vardy dribbled into the box before Lloris and Kyle Walker combined to take the ball from him.
In the process, Walker slid into his goalkeeper’s knee. Lloris appeared to be in considerable pain and great care was taken with his knee, though some speculating it’s simply a cut.
Spurs took a sixth-minute lead via Harry Kane moments later and Kane doubled the lead in the 13th minute. Watch the match here.
