The Colombian international had the Reds on a short-list of clubs he would leave Sevilla for after leading the Spanish side to back-to-back Europa League titles.

I can confirm that Milan and the player have reached an agreement.
Carlos has chosen the best for his future, it is normal to be happy. The agreement is for how many years? You are best asking the Rossoneri.”

The Sevilla striker is on his way to the San Siro after Milan triggered his $34 million release clause, as he still had three years left on his contract with the La Liga club.

Sevilla was keen to keep its leading goalscorer, as Bacca tallied 20 goals in the league last season, with Kevin Gameiro a distant second for the club with just eight. However, they knew nothing could be done if a team came in and offered enough money.
It’s a big pickup for AC Milan, who finished 10th in Serie A last season and is entering a new era with Sinisa Mihajlovic being appointed manager earlier this month.
