Guangzhou Evergrande have added a big name to their title charge in the Chinese Super League.
The club says Tottenham Hotspur has agreed to sell Paulinho for about $15 million, adding a Premier League midfielder who played 27 times for Spurs last season.

Paulinho becomes the fifth Brazilian and sixth foreigner on the Guangzhou roster, joining countrymen Alan, Rene Junior, Elkeson and Ricardo Goulart, and South Korean defender Kim Young-gwon.
Guangzhou, managed by former Brazil coach Luiz Felipe Scolari, say he has signed a four-year deal.
Scolari took over earlier this month, signing a two-and-a-half-year contract.
Guangzhou are third in the league, two points behind leaders Beijing Guoan, as they attempt to win a fifth successive Super League title.
That’s a lot of dough for Paulinho, who hasn’t appeared for Brazil in 2015 after earning eight caps last year. He scored one goal in 28 matches last season after scoring six in 34 the previous season.
