After losing out on Nathaniel Clyne to Liverpool, Manchester United are reportedly eager to seal a deal for Everton’s Irish right back Seamus Coleman.

The Toffees value Coleman, 26, at $40 million but according to the Daily Star, United are ready to sweeten any deal for Coleman by offering center half Jonny Evans as well as cash. Roberto Martinez’s side heavily rely on the attacking play of both Coleman and Leighton Baines from the full back positions but with the need for another center back to back-up Phil Jagielka and John Stones, this may be a deal too goof for Everton to turn down.

Another Everton star being eyed by a PL rival is James McCarthy. Tottenham Hotspur are said to be very interested in the Republic of Ireland midfielder. McCarthy, 24, signed for the Toffees from Wigan Atheltic in 2013 for $20 million and the Daily Mail reports that Spurs will offer either Aaron Lennon and Younes Kaboul plus cash to get McCarthy at White Hart Lane.

If Stoke City are to sell Asmir Begovic to Chelsea, the Potters want $12 million and at least one of Victor Moses, Patrick Bamford or Ruben Loftus-Cheek on loan for next season. That’s according to the Sun newspaper, as Begovic has just a year left on his deal with Stoke and Chelsea have already failed in a $10 million bid for the Bosnian international to replace Petr Cech as a back-up to Thibaut Courtois.

The Guardian claims that a three-horse race for Anderlecht’s highly rated midfielder Dennis Praet, 21, has emerged. Aston Villa are said to have joined Southampton and Everton in PL clubs interested in the Belgian international. Praet impressed for Anderlecht in the UEFA Champions League last season and has already made 132 appearances for Anderlecht, scoring 20 times.  It is believed he could be allowed to leave the Belgian capital for $15 million this summer.
