Jurgen Klinsmann has made a whopping seven changes – including a completely fresh back four – as the United States gets set to take on Haiti in their second group stage match of the 2015 Gold Cup at 8:30 p.m. ET.
Following a sloppy opening round win over Honduras that put the US atop Group A, Klinsmann clearly hopes to get a different look and rest those after the grind of the opener.

LA Galaxy designated player Omar Gonzalez partners with Tim Ream in the middle, replacing John Brooks and Ventura Alvarado, while Brad Evans and Greg Garza come in to the wide areas. Mix Diskerud and Graham Zusi both come into the midfield to replace Gyasi Zardes and DeAndre Yedlin, while captain Michael Bradley moves back into Kyle Beckerman’s spot and Clint Dempsey also steps back into the midfield.
Jozy Altidore remains in the lineup after a frustrating outing against Honduras, alongside Aron Johannsson at the top.
Not all those who were replaced played poorly against Honduras, but with this Gold Cup proving like any other CONCACAF tournament in a physically taxing nature, Klinsmann hopes to rotate his squad against an opponent expected to provide a smaller challenge than Honduras did.
United States: Guzan; Evans, Gonzalez, Ream, Garza; Zusi, Bradley, Diskerud; Dempsey; Johannsson, Altidore.
Haiti: Placide; Jerome, Jaggy, Bertin, Goreux, Lafrance; Guerrier, Marcelin, Alexandre, Maurice; Nazon.
