Brendan Rodgers’ side have racked up plenty of air miles during preseason so far, as they’ve now played three games and won all of them after beating a Thai Premier League XI 4-0, the Brisbane Roar 2-1 and now a 2-0 victory against Adelaide. Liverpool now head to Malaysia to play a Malaysia XI for the final game of their mammoth tour of the Far East and Australia.

Below are two quick clips of both the goals against Adelaide, as Milner has now scored in two preseason games on the spin from central midfield.
It was Milner who gave Liverpool the lead in the 67th minute, despite a hint of offside, as he tapped home Jordon Ibe’s cross.
Ings, 22, then doubled the lead and grabbed his first goal for Liverpool as the former Burnley forward bent his run expertly and latched onto Nathaniel Clyne’s delicate pass after a powerful run forward from right back.
