Zlatan Ibrahimovic is rarely one to bite his tongue, but the Paris Saint-Germain striker has been coy on his plans for the future.
With his contract at PSG set to expire next summer, everyone has been wondering what Zlatan’s next move will be. Now, it’s just a waiting game.

The big Swede was linked with a move back to AC Milan where he played from 2010-12, but now it looks like he will play out his contract in Paris before making his “surprise” move.
Speaking after PSG’s 2-0 win over Manchester United:
I’m very happy at PSG. You don’t see that on the field?
I have another year on my contract with PSG and I am very happy. Things are getting better. We are a strong team, we can do much more than we have been doing so at the moment but I am very happy.
Where I go next, it will be a surprise, a very big surprise.”
At 33-years-old Zlatan is getting up there in age, but his form has proven that he is still one of the elite players in the world. He has scored 106 goals in 126 appearances for PSG over the past three seasons, and based on his preseason performances, there’s no indication that he’ll be slowing down.
The big question is, what’s the “big surprise”? Zlatan has played in Italy, Spain and France, so could he try out the Bundesliga? Or maybe the Premier League? Then again he could make the move overseas to Major League Soccer, possibly becoming the face of the new franchise in Los Angeles or David Beckham’s Miami team should their stadium deal go through.
There’s no telling what Zlatan will do next, but you can be assured he’ll be dominating the headlines wherever he ends up.
