Saido Berahino is a massive talent. There’s little doubt about that.
And running off of big Salomon Rondon should be a boon for the English striker. Surely there’s little doubt about that either.

But his attitude has been a problem for a while, especially since being tempted in the transfer market by Tottenham Hotspur. Berahino even Tweeted that he had no desire to play for the Baggies again.
Now comes the news that the 22-year-old is back training with West Bromwich Albion, and showing the right mindset. Could we see him as soon as this weekend, when Southampton visits the Hawthorns?
“Saido came in and was treated like everyone else, he trained well and I had no problems with his attitude,” (Tony) Pulis told Telegraph Sport.
“He got his head down and we’ll assess him over the next few days. We’re keen to draw a line under it all and concentrate on playing football matches again.”
West Brom endured a difficult run of fixtures to open the season, losing to Chelsea and Man City while drawing Watford and picking up their lone win over 9-man Stoke City.

The Baggies need all the offense they can muster to stay in the Premier League, and snaring a point or more in upset fashion against Saints would be a big start. Pulis needs his all his pistons firing, at least until January when they can either sell Berahino or find reinforcements.
