PHOTOS: 1860 Munich release incredible Oktoberfest-inspired Lederhosen uniforms

Wow. These are extremely striking uniforms.

For the second year running — remember these beauties from last season? — 2. Bundesliga side 1860 Munich have gone all out by releasing a special Lederhosen-inspired kit. With fake golden buttons, a traditional green shirt and those outrageous faux leather shorts, it’s all a bit mad.

The second-tier club announced via a statement on its website that the “Weisentrikot” uniforms will be worn by their players on Sep. 19 during their home game against FC Kaiserslautern, which is also the same day the Oktoberfest festivities begin in Munich.
