Manchester City is still perfect after another clean sheet was punctuated by Kelechi Iheanacho‘s last-gasp winner.

But City will be more concerned with the status of two of their stars, one who didn’t feature and another who left early after a clattering tackle from Scott Dann.

In the case of Raheem Sterling, an extra day of rest might sort him out for Tuesday’s UEFA Champions League visit from Juventus. But for Sergio Aguero, Pellegrini can’t understand how Dann stayed on the pitch.

From the BBC:

“Sergio couldn’t move the leg. I thought it was directly a red card (for Scott Dann) but the referee thought otherwise. I hope he can recover in the next 48 hours.

“Raheem has a problem with his hamstring so I think it was a risk for him to play today. I hope he is 100% fit for Tuesday.”

The good news for City supporters? Aguero tweeted that the injury was “nothing serious”. Pellegrini has a legitimate gripe, but both the injury and score line turned out to be fortunate for his side.
