Following his incredible feat of scoring five goals in nine minutes for Bayern Munich against Wolfsburg on Tuesday, Robert Lewandowski is the name on everyone’s lips.
Even more astonishing is that his five goals on Tuesday came in the opening nine minutes of the second half, his first nine minutes on the pitch after he came on as a half time sub. Talk about making an impact.

The Polish forward, 27, has eight goals in five Bundesliga outings for Bayern this season, and the towering forward has scored 34 times in 57 games for the Bavarian side since joining from Borussia Dortmund in 2014.
As the goals continue to flow and the 27-year-old’s name is all over the headlines, speculation linking him with a move away from the Allianz Arena is perhaps inevitable.
Giants of European soccer such as Manchester United, Real Madrid and Barcelona have all been mentioned as being interested in Lewandowski should he fancy a move away from Bayern, and his agent, Cezary Kucharski, had the following to say to Polish television channel TVN24.
“Manchester? It always rains there. Barcelona or Madrid? They are nice places, and in Spain there is the best atmosphere for playing football.”
Kucharski also talked up Munich, which is handy seeing as his client has a contract with the German giants until 2019, but it seems like a move abroad could be on the mind of the Polish forward in the coming years.
If, as his agent suggest, Lewandowski is picking his next club based on weather, United and other English clubs can pretty much give up now.
