Arsenal 2-0 Bayern Munich
Bayern Munich was yet to lose a game this season until falling 2-0 to Arsenal today at the Emirates. Despite maintaining a majority of possession, some big saves from Petr Cech kept Bayern off the board. Then, Olivier Giroud came off the bench for Arsenal and scored less than three minutes into his shift, capitalizing on a rare mistake from Manuel Neuer in goal. Mesut Ozil would add a second deep into stoppage time, as the Gunners are still alive in the Champions League.

Bayer Leverkusen 4-4 Roma
An eight-goal thriller in Germany ended with both sides earning a share of the points after a 4-4 draw between Leverkusen and Roma. Chicharito scored two early goals to give Leverkusen the lead, only to have Daniele De Rossi score a brace of his own to level the score at two before halftime. Roma’s momentum carried over after the break, as the Italians scored twice more to make it 4-2. However, Leverkusen battled back and scored twice in the final ten minutes, with the final scoreline reading 4-4.
Dynamo Kiev 0-0 Chelsea
Chelsea hit the woodwork twice and had a clear shout for a penalty ignored, as the Blues left Ukraine with a scoreless draw against Dynamo Kiev. Eden Hazard and Willian both had curling efforts come inches from finding the back of the net, while Kiev escaped again when a penalty was not given after Cesc Fabregas was taken down in the box. With just a point, Chelsea still sits third in Group G.
