Werder Bremen 1-3 Borussia Dortmund

Marco Reus scored early and late as the visitors overcame a brief setback at the hands of Anthony Ujah to win at the Weser-Stadion. Henrikh Mkhitaryan scored the other goal for BVB.

Hertha Berlin 1-4 Borussia Monchengladbach

A nightmare start to the season is a thing of the past for ‘Gladbach, who is up to fifth in the table after another win. This one came with four different goal scorers, dropping Hertha to sixth. USMNT back John Brooks an unused sub for the hosts.

Wolfsburg 2-1 Bayer Leverkusen

Julian Draxler subbed on to win it for the UEFA Champions League club after Bayer’s Javier Hernandez and Wolfsburg’s Nicklas Bendtner traded goals late in the first half. “Chicharito” has six goals in his last four matches across all competitions, including braces against Viktoria Koln and AS Roma.
