Real Madrid 3-1 Las Palmas
All four of the match’s goals were scored in the first half, with Real Madrid remaining unbeaten in La Liga play. Isco opened the scoring less than five minutes in, and before the match was 15 minutes old, Cristiano Ronaldo had made it 2-0. The visitors pulled one back, but Jese restored Real’s two-goal lead just before the break. Real Madrid has scored 24 goals and conceded just four through ten matches this season, while newly promoted Las Palmas remains in the relegation zone.
Getafe 0-2 Barcelona
With Lionel Messi out injured, Neymar and Luis Suarez have picked up the slack, as the duo scored both of Barcelona’s goals in a 2-0 win at Getafe. Neymar and Suarez have scored all of Barca’s last 14 goals, spreading the love evenly with seven each. Getafe failed to garner a shot on goal in the match, as Barcelona remains tied with Real Madrid on points at the top of the table.
Real Sociedad 2-3 Celta Vigo
Celta Vigo scored a last-minute winner to erase a halftime deficit, getting a big win on the road against Real Sociedad. Sociedad led 2-1 at the break, but Iago Aspas equalized for Celta in the 56th minute before Pablo Hernandez grabbed all three points for the visitors in the 89th.
