With just one point separating the sides, Crystal Palace travels north to face Liverpool on Sunday (Watch live, 11 a.m. ET online via Live Extra).

Since coming to Anfield, Jurgen Klopp has yet to lose a game, and currently has Liverpool on a three-match winning streak.

However, Crystal Palace has had the better of Liverpool as of late, winning three and losing just once in their past five meetings.

Ahead of the match on Sunday, Palace boss Alan Pardew said he is a fan of Jurgen Klopp’s work, and sees similarities between himself and the German.

I do see him on the sideline, and I look at myself and think ‘That’s very similar to how I am.’ He never gives too many negative things out, even though he’s quite involved in the game, and I like to think I don’t either.

I like how he is on the sideline, I think you can send messages to your players in a positive way, and you’ve just got to be careful not to do it in a negative way.

[Me and Klopp] are just expressive in our feelings, a little bit more so than maybe other managers.

While Pardew has had some run-ins with other managers, including earlier this season with Manuel Pellegrini, he said he does not expect to have any problems with Klopp, as both are highly energetic on the touchline.

Both bosses have been criticized for their antics, but they both have good sides battling in the top-half of the table. With Palace just one point behind Liverpool, the focus on Sunday will be on the match, not the managers.
