VIDEO: Klopp, Lallana break down Liverpool’s big win

Jurgen Klopp earned his first signature win in charge of Liverpool, blitzing Manchester City with three first-half goals at the Etihad, going on to win the match by a score of 4-1.

Liverpool played fast-paced, high-pressure football, taking all three points and jumping into the top half of the table.

The NBC announce team of Arlo White, Lee Dixon and Grame Le Saux was able to speak with the Liverpool boss and midfielder Adam Lallana pitchside at the Etihad following the Reds’ impressive win.

Klopp spoke on the team’s performance, and praised the play of Philippe Coutinho and Roberto Firmino, as the Brazilian duo wreaked havoc on the City defense. Despite dominating one of the best teams in the league, Klopp said the game was “far away from perfect, but in many moments, really, really good.”

Adam Lallana talked about the changes in style from Brendan Rodgers to Jurgen Klopp, noting the added intensity in training under the new manager.
