Paul Pogba was seen dining out in Manchester, adding fuel to the rumors that he could return to the city where his career began.

After leaving a local restaurant, Pogba told photographers “I love Manchester.” The 22-year-old started his career at Manchester United before moving to Juventus in 2012. He has constantly been rumored for a move away from Italy, linked with a move to Manchester City this summer.

Pogba would be the prized talent of the transfer window, and would surely warrant a transfer fee in upwards of $75 million. City is clearly willing and able to spend that type of money, and with some new high-priced Chinese investors, the club will be a top contender to sign the French international. For now, just imagine Pogba and David Silva pairing in the center of midfield, feeding the likes of Raheem Sterling, Kevin De Bruyne and Sergio Aguero…

Over in Germany, it looks like Thomas Muller will remain at Bayern Munich. Despite being linked with a big-money move to Manchester United, reports state Muller is set to sign a new contract with Bayern which would keep him at the club until 2021. Asked about the possibility of signing an extension at a PR event, Muller responded “There is a lot of indication for it and not a lot against it.” The 26-year-old striker has spent his entire career with Bayern Munich, and is already the fifth-highest goalscorer in the club’s history. He is currently having the best season of his career, scoring 13 league goals in 14 matches. He has never scored more than 13 Bundesliga goals in an entire season.

With it looking likely that they will miss out on Muller, Manchester United is reportedly targeting Fulham’s young striker Moussa Dembele. The 19-year-old came through the Paris Saint-Germain youth system before moving to England in 2012. He has scored eight goals for Fulham this season and has been touted as one of the best young talents in the Championship. At United, Dembele could pair up with fellow French teenager Anthony Martial.
