Leicester City host Chelsea on Monday at the King Power Stadium (Watch live, 3 p.m. ET on NBCSN and online via Live Extra) with the Foxes aiming to go back on top of the Premier League with a win.
Jose Mourinho’s side are just one point above the relegation zone heading into this encounter, as the reigning champs have lost eight of their opening 15 games of the season.
The Foxes have lost just one game in their last 19 since they lost to Chelsea in April earlier this year, as new manager Claudio Ranieri has overseen a dramatic turnaround with largely the same squad which barely avoided relegation last season. Goals from Jamie Vardy and Riyad Mahrez have led the way but with a tough stretch of games coming up over the festive period their credentials for an unlikely top four finish will be severely tested.
Leicester are unchanged from the starting lineup from their win at Swansea last weekend. Chelsea start with Ramires and Nemanja Matic in central midfield with Cesc Fabregas on the bench, while Diego Costa starts up top in an unchanged lineup from their win over Porto in midweek.
Leicester City: Schmeichel; Simpson, Morgan, Huth, Fuchs; Mahrez, Drinkwater, Kante, Albrighton; Ulloa, Vardy. Subs: Schwarzer, Benalouane, Wasilewski, Inler, King, Dyer, Okazaki
