Week 19 of the 2015-16 Premier League season is here and so is the final matchday of 2015 with the intense festive season continuing.

It all kicks off on Monday as five games at 10 a.m. ET will all be shown on NBCSN in a special two-hour Premier League Breakaway show featuring RedZone-like live look-ins on the best action. The Breakaway program will give viewers the most compelling action in real time and on replay, including every goal in every match, so viewers won’t miss a single score or key play. Rebecca Lowe will guide the program as it cuts from match to match to follow the most important stories. All matches at 10 a.m. ET will be available in their entirety via live stream on NBC Sports Live Extra and on Premier League Extra Time. Premier League Breakaway will also be available on NBC Sports Live Extra.

Rounding things off on Monday are three games at 12:30 p.m. ET with Manchester United vs. Chelsea (Watch live, 12:30 p.m. ET on NBCSN and online via Live Extra) at Old Trafford taking center stage. Which one of these slumbering giants will finally wake up and start winning? On Tuesday surprise league leaders Leicester City take on one of the title favorites Manchester City (Watch live, 2:45 p.m. ET on NBCSN and online via Live Extra) at the King Power Stadium. Can the Foxes finish 2015 with a bang or will City replace them at the top of the table?

Week 19, and the PL action for 2015, comes to a close on Wednesday with Sunderland hosting Liverpool (Watch live, 2:45 p.m. ET on NBCSN and online via Live Extra) at the Stadium of Light. Can Jurgen Klopp‘s side end 2015 on a high as optimism builds at Anfield? Or will Sam Allardyce‘s Black Cats give themselves a huge boost ahead of their relegation battle?
