Emmanuel Adebayor hasn’t scored a goal sine October of 2014, but the 31-year-old striker could be on his way back to the Premier League.
Crystal Palace is reportedly in talks with Adebayor as Alan Pardew is keen to sign another striker in the January transfer window.

Adebayor hasn’t played any football since March of 2015, as he had a falling out at Tottenham and eventually had his contract terminated by mutual consent at the beginning of the season.
After Adebayor’s debacle at Spurs which saw the striker collect $150,000 per week in wages while not training with the team, The Guardian is reporting that Palace’s offer is “heavily incentivised and it also contains a break clause that would be triggered in the event of Adebayor breaching any of the club’s disciplinary rules.”
At 31-years-old and out of the game for quite some time now, it would be interesting to see if Adebayor can still contribute at a Premier League level. More so than his physical abilities, questions of his commitment and character are a worry for potential suitors.
