Norwich City has added some reinforcement on the back-line, signing Portuguese defender Ivo Pinto to a three-and-a-half-year deal from Dinamo Zagreb.
The 26-year-old plays primarily as a right-back, and will help provide depth to a Norwich defense that has conceded 32 goals on the season, one of the worst marks in the Premier League.

Pinto has won back-to-back Croatian league titles with Zagreb, making more than 100 appearances for the club. He also brings Champions League experience to Carrow Road, playing against Arsenal and Bayern Munich in the group stage this year.
The right-back has represented Portugal up to the under-21 level. Despite earning a call-up to the first-team for some EURO qualifying matches, he is yet to earn a senior cap.
