With less than 11 days remaining in the transfer window, the Premier League gossip continues to pour in from all sides.

The thought of Real Madrid selling any of its depth ahead of a two-window transfer ban seems suspect, but the London Evening Standard has word that both Arsenal and Chelsea are looking to lure Nacho Fernandez to London. The versatile 26-year-old can play in any spot along a back line.

Stoke City may be considering a record bid to bring another Iberian component to the Britannia Stadium, and $27 million is the rumored cost to land Giannelli Imbula from Porto. The former Marseille man, 23, has made 19 appearances for the UEFA Champions League side this year.

Sunderland’s goalkeeper situation has been in flux, with Costel Pantilimon sold to Watford after dropping out of the Black Cats’ Top Two. But a 40-year-old who spent 20 years as Newcastle United property? Steven Harper is being linked to back-up Vito Mannone at the Stadium of Light.

Tony Pulis has been accused of holding Saido Berahino hostage at the Hawthorns, so it shouldn’t be a surprise that the West Bromwich Albion manager expects the transfer to drag its way to the edge of the January window.

Middlesbrough’s bid for Matty Phillips wasn’t enough, so teams like West Brom and Newcastle will need to pony up more than $9 million for the wide provider. The Magpies recently made a $1.5 million offer for Espanyol striker Mamadou Sylla, but he reportedly has an $20 million release clause complicating things.

With Andrej Kramaric heading on loan to Hoffenheim, Leicester boss Claudio Ranieri is seeking another striker to join Jamie Vardy, Leonardo Ulloa and Shinji Okazaki.
