Chelsea head to Paris on Tuesday with the reigning Premier League champions looking to save their season by making a run at the UEFA Champions League.
The only problem for Guus Hiddink’s side is that they’re struggling with injuries and they face red-hot Paris Saint-Germain as the first legs of the UCL last 16 kicks off.

PSG — who are 24 points clear at the top of Ligue 1 in domestic play — knocked Chelsea out of the UCL last season at this stage with a crushing extra time win on away goals. The Blues will be desperate for revenge but have been riddled with defensive injuries as Kurt Zouma is out of the season after his ACL rupture last week and talismanic captain John Terry misses this clash with a minor hamstring and ligament issue. Zlatan Ibrahimovic and Co. smell blood in the water.
Elsewhere in Europe Benfica host Zenit in Lisbon with the latter not playing a competitive game since Dec. 9. Despite plenty of absentees for both teams, you’d have to fancy Benfica’s chances of going ahead in the tie as they host the Russia outfit managed by Andre Villas-Boas at the Estadio de Luz. Can Rui Vitoria’s men take advantage of Zenit’s long layoff?
