Crystal Palace could get a much-needed boost this weekend as Yannick Bolasie looks set to return from injury for the Eagles’ FA Cup match at Tottenham on Sunday.
Bolasie suffered a hip injury in December, and Palace have struggled to keep on without him.

Since Bolasie went down, Palace are winless in nine Premier League matches (D3, L6) and have fallen from sixth to 13th on the table. They have scored just four goals in those nine games.
It’s tough times at Selhurst Park right now, but manager Alan Pardew is hoping Bolasie’s return can spark a turnaround. Speaking ahead of a tough fifth round FA Cup matchup at Tottenham this weekend, Pardew said Bolasie has impressed in training and called him a magician on the ball.
When fully fit and on top of his game, Bolasie can be one of the hardest marks in the Premier League. The Congolese winger has great pace and incredible footwork, using that speed and trickery to beat defenders and whip crosses into the box.

Palace are a side that want to push for European competition, and in the midst of a skid, Bolasie’s return comes at a crucial time. The Eagles need to start finding ways to score goals and get results, or there could be even more trouble in South London.
