Tottenham Hotspur host Arsenal on Saturday at White Hart Lane (Watch live, 7:45 a.m. ET on NBCSN and online via Live Extra) in what is arguably the biggest North London Derby in history.
With both Spurs and the Gunners battling it out with Leicester City for the Premier League title with 10 games of the season to go, we have entered uncharted territory.

Mauricio Pochetino’s Spurs will actually be the favorites heading into this clash despite losing to London rivals West Ham United in midweek. That defeat ended a run of six-straight PL wins for Tottenham as they sit in second place in the standings and will momentarily go top of the table with a win in the early game on Saturday.
As for Arsenal, they’re having a nightmare of late. Three-straight defeats in all competitions has seen them slump to six points off leaders Leicester and that will be the margin between themselves and Spurs if they lose at the Lane on Saturday.

What they’re saying…
Pochettino irked about Arsenal’s “more experienced” players having the edge: “If they have players that have the advantage to win the title, what happened against Manchester United or Swansea [both matches that Arsenal lost]? We are capable of beating Manchester City away, against West Ham [the 1-0 defeat] was difficult but sometimes we use a lot of topics in football. Football is simple, not too complicated.”
Wenger tells it like it is: “It is one of the few derbies where the title is at stake. It is a big one, a very important one.”
This is the biggest North London Derby in the PL era, and maybe ever. Nerves will be jangling and I wouldn’t expect a classic. With a fully-fit team, the support of the home fans and considering Arsenal’s injury problems, I’m going to got with a narrow Spurs win. 2-1 to Tottenham.
