Marquinhos is in the midst of a historic season with Paris Saint-Germain, but that hasn’t stopped him from thinking about England.
PSG currently hold a 23-point lead at the top of Ligue 1, and will be in London this week to face Chelsea in the Champions League.

However, when asked about the Premier League, the 21-year-old center-back had high praise, saying “every single player” dreams of playing in England’s top flight.
I think every single player dreams of playing in the Premier League one day. I’m no different, but I just try to go step by step in my career and at the moment I’m totally focused on PSG. Let’s see what happens in the future.
I just like the league itself but I haven’t got an English side that I follow closely. It’d be fantastic to have this opportunity [to play in England] one day, but now I’m focused on PSG.
This is not the first time Marquinhos has hinted about his Premier League desires, responding to rumors about a potential Manchester United move with a similar “we’ll see what happens.”
Chelsea have also been previously linked with the Brazilian international, and he will surely be under the microscope when PSG play at Stamford Bridge on Wednesday. With an aging center-back on his way out in John Terry, Marquinhos’ dreams of playing in the Premier League could become a reality.
