According to La Folha de Sao Paulo, the Blaugrana star was found guilty of tax fraud by the court of Federal Revenue in Rio de Janeiro.

The Brazilian is now forced to pay in the excess of 188.8 million Brazilian reales ($52.2 million) for tax evasion, interest and other penalties associated with the case.

Despite a likely appeal coming in the immediate future, Neymar is also involved in another case stemming from his transfer to Barcelona from Santos in 2013.
