Sadio Mane made up for a missed penalty by scoring a pair of goals as Southampton came from 2-0 down to beat Liverpool 3-0 at St. Mary’s on Sunday.
Graziano Pelle also scored for Saints, who move 7th with 47 points.

Liverpool won an early corner that didn’t come to much, while Saints had a spell in attack that had the same fate.
The Reds took the lead through Coutinho, who sent a long-distance pearl bounding past Forster. Four minutes later, it was 2-0 when Sturridge added his goal on a 2v2 break.
Allen appeared to have heaped misery on Saints with a goal just after the half-hour, but Mamadou Sakho was called for interference and it remained 2-0.

It looked like it wasn’t Saints day, but Mane did pull one back in the 64th minute. He collected a pass from Pelle and beat Mignolet.
Pelle leveled things up in the 83rd minute, blasting a left-footed shot past Mignolet.
