Freddy Adu is settled in Tampa, and perhaps that should be unsettling for the rest of the NASL.
For the first time since leaving the Philadelphia Union in 2013, the 26-year-old is starting a second season with the same club.
This time it’s the Tampa Bay Rowdies, and on Tuesday he gave us a reminder that talent doesn’t fade by 26.
Let’s see how Adu fares under ex-Bristol Rovers player Stuart Campbell, who leads Tampa into the NASL season on April 2 against Indy Eleven.
