The USMNT’s rematch against Guatemala headlines the action, while Mexico can become the first team to clinch a spot in the next round with a win over Canada.
USA vs. Guatemala
The USMNT put in one of their worst performances under Jurgen Klinsmann in Guatemala last week, falling 2-0 and looking completely out of sorts throughout the match. Now back on home soil, the U.S. must find a result to avoid a complete crisis. Klinsmann’s team selection will be at the forefront of conversation once again, as he continues to fluctuate his starting XI game-in and game-out. The USMNT must show some heart and desire in Columbus on Tuesday, something that was sorely lacking in Guatemala in their first meeting.
Mexico vs. Canada
Mexico eased past Canada 3-0 last week and can become the first team to advance to the next round of qualification with a win at the Azteca. It will be hard for the Canadians to slow down El Tri, so they’ll need Cyle Larin to find his form from Orlando City, where he has three goals in three matches.
Costa Rica vs. Jamaica
Costa Rica plays host to Jamaica as two of CONCACAF’s strongest sides meet in a tight Group 2. Their last meeting ended in a 1-1 draw, leaving Costa Rica atop the group with a three-point lead over Jamaica. However, the Reggae Boyz can erase that gap with a road win, which could see both sides and Panama all tied on points at the end of the night.
Honduras vs. El Salvador
A late Nelson Bonilla goal salvaged a draw for El Salvador when these teams met last week, although both sides remain without a win in the competition. With Mexico looking likely to take the top spot in Group 1, a win is necessary for one of these teams to challenge Canada for second place.

Panama vs. Haiti
These two sides battled to a scoreless draw last week, a great result for an improving Haitian side. Panama will be looking to improve on that performance and take advantage of a Haiti team yet to score a goal in qualifying.
Trinidad & Tobago vs. St. Vincent & The Grenadines
T&T look to extend their lead atop Group 3 with a match at home against CONCACAF minnows St. Vincent & The Grenadines. SVG has scored just three goals and conceded 13 in their first three qualifying matches, the only remaining team without a point.Follow @KyleLynchFC
