Alberto Paloschi and Gylfi Sigurdsson helped Swansea City battle back to pick up a point that puts it 10 points clear of the drop zone with a 2-2 draw with Stoke City at the Britannia Stadium on Saturday.

Stoke went ahead after 13 minutes, thanks to terrific work from Marko Arnautovic. The big Austrian carried forward before crossing back post to Afellay, who had no trouble finishing his chance.

Bojan doubled Stoke’s advantage just after halftime, getting the ball 25-30 yards from goal. He cut to hit a low shot that Lukasz Fabianski probably should have handled better. 2-0.
Sigurdsson pulled one back in the 68th minute, dribbling and spinning before whipping a low shot past Jakob Haugaard. Then Paloschi picked up another big Swans goal, the Italian attacker turning in the box to fire a low equalizer home.
