After Hajradinovic conceded a penalty in a match against Stromsgodset, Bratveit came out to speak with his midfielder. The two began to quarrel, with Hajradinovic pushing his goalkeeper until teammates intervened.
Referee Ken Johnsen then consulted with his assistant before sending off the Haugesund player, as violence against a teammate is still a red-card offense.
Speaking with Norwegian television after the incident, Hajradinovic said “He started pushing me and I pushed him back. I did not hit him in the face. It was nothing.” Haugesund lost the match 2-0.
