Leicester has also been charged as a team for its reaction to the 83rd minute penalty call that helped West Ham tie the score at 1.

Vardy faces an extra ban after appearing to swear at referee Jonathan Moss following the striker’s second yellow card.

The club and player have until Thursday evening to respond to the charges.
