Then, Gareth Bale took over.

Bale scored twice and Lucas Vazquez grabbed another with Real turning the game on its head and momentarily go top of the La Liga on 81 points.
Both Barcelona and Atletico Madrid play have 79 points but play their Week 35 games later on Saturday.
